Built by engineers who got tired of the bottleneck.

Continuous Agentics started with a simple frustration: great teams were spending more time coordinating than building. The answer wasn’t more headcount — it was a different model.

Ben, founder of Continuous Agentics

Ben’s path here

Ben spent over a decade in the AWS and DevOps trenches — building infrastructure for fast-moving startups, untangling cloud migrations for enterprises, and running on-call rotations that taught him exactly where engineering processes break down at 2 AM. He’s seen every flavor of “we’ll fix it later” technical debt, and he’s carried the pager when “later” arrived.

What kept coming up — in retrospect and in real time — was how much skilled engineer time disappeared into coordination, ticket triage, and context-switching. The code was almost never the hard part. The hard part was the system around the code: who picks up what, when, in what order, with what information.

When the first generation of capable LLMs arrived, Ben wasn’t thinking about chatbots. He was thinking about that coordination layer. What if an agent could hold the context a senior engineer holds — the repo history, the architecture decisions, the current sprint — and act on it autonomously? Not auto-complete. Actually act.

That question became OpenClaw: a runtime for deploying purpose-built AI agent fleets into production engineering environments. OpenClaw agents live in your AWS account, speak your team’s tools (Slack, GitHub, Linear, your own APIs), and ship work — not suggestions. A PM agent delegates. A dev agent writes, tests, and opens the PR. A DevOps agent watches your pipelines and surfaces anomalies before they compound.

Continuous Agentics is the company Ben built to deploy these fleets for teams that would rather ship than scale headcount. Small by design. Direct by practice. Production-grade by default.

Principles, not process

Production or it didn’t happen

Demos are easy. We care about what runs reliably in your environment, at your scale, under your constraints.

You work with the engineers

No account managers. No handoffs to a junior team. The people who built the system are the people who answer your questions.

Scope cuts are explicit

Everything we don’t do is named upfront. No surprises six weeks in when you discover the thing you assumed was included wasn’t.

Small teams, real output

We’re not trying to replace your team. We’re trying to make a team of five ship like a team of twenty.
